For each day, a specific muscle group has been assigned. Perform a stretch and strength exercise for the muscle group for each day. Also perform a cardio exercise of your choice.

If you do a strengthening exercise, include the # of repetitions completed, as well as the muscles being worked. If you complete a cardiovascular exercise, include your ♡ rate (pulse) after you have finished. The assignment will be submitted by the end of the school day on Friday.
