Enhancing our Rooftop Garden

Jersey Cares has played a crucial role in enhancing our rooftop garden by creating beautiful garden beds and benches, turning the space into a welcoming and functional outdoor classroom. The garden beds are thoughtfully used to cultivate flowers native to New Jersey, creating a haven for bees to pollinate and support local ecosystems. Alongside the vibrant flowers, the garden is also used to grow a variety of vegetables, giving students hands-on experience with sustainable gardening practices. The addition of benches invites students and teachers to gather, observe, and learn, making the rooftop garden a peaceful and educational retreat for our school community.
