At Frank. R. Conwell Middle School (#4), the School Counselors, Ms. Macagnano and Ms. McClinton, are dedicated to supporting every student’s academic, social, and emotional growth. Together, they collaborate with staff, families, and community partners to ensure that all students feel valued, supported, and prepared for success.

Our counseling program focuses on:

• Providing education, prevention, and intervention, as well as social-emotional activities and lessons that will prepare students for the ever-changing world 
• Provide a proactive program that engages all students, whether it is academic planning or group facilitation
• Collaborate with school staff, administrators, and community partners, as well as family members, to assist students in achieving success

Our School Counselors are here to help students build confidence, make responsible choices, and develop the skills they need to thrive — in school and beyond.
